DMCA Policy
Nato Turkey Missile is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We take copyright infringement very seriously and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.
This page outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the DMCA.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Nato Turkey Missile's services, you may submit a DMCA notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must be in writing and include substantially the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on the Nato Turkey Missile platform, sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL link to the specific page or content).
- Your contact information: Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy and authority: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

DMCA Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification under the DMCA. Your counter-notification must be in writing and include substantially the following information:
- Identification of the material removed: Identify the specific content that was removed or disabled and the location (e.g., URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement of consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Nato Turkey Missile may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
